Cancelation Policy:

     This policy is put in place to preserve both your time and mine. I recognize that plans can change unexpectedly. With that being said, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, I respectfully request you provide a 48 hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment after the 48 hour period, a 25% service fee of your total services you were booked for will be charged.

Late Policy:

      I get it, things happen! Traffic can be unpredictable. That's why I encourage all clients to arrive early to give yourself time to find parking and avoid an unexpected delays. Should you arrive 15 minutes or more late,  your scheduled  appointment may be forfeited and a 25% service fee of the total services you were booked for will be charged.

     I maintain a transparent pricing system that begins with our 'starting at' rates for services. However, it's important to note that various factors, such as hair length, density, texture, and unique circumstances, may impact the final cost. Should you have any questions about pricing or require further clarification, please don't hesitate to reach out to me prior to appointment. Additionally, please keep in mind that achieving your desired look might involve multiple appointments.

     As part of embracing modern methods, I may take photos and videos during your appointment. These help in displaying my work on social media. Your privacy and comfort are my top priority. If you have any concerns or would rather not be featured, please let me know, and I will fully respect your wishes.
