First off thank you for choosing me! Can't wait to chat about your hair goals & needs.
At this point you should have an in-person or phone consultation booked. With the exception of a holiday, you will receive a response from me within 24 hours of booking.

The Breakdown
For in-person Consultation, I will ask you to come into the salon for approximately 15-30 minutes where we can chat all things hair! Discussions will include:
-Color history
-Current hair, what you love or hate
-Goals, if it could be done in one visit or need more time
-Products
-Lifestyle
What a year of services together will look like.
I do ask when you come into the salon to please come in with clean, dry hair. This will help me better assess your hair goals!
For a phone Consultation, I will ask that you text me 3 photos of your hair (front, back, side) prior to our phone appointment. These do not have to be glamorous photos, but I do ask no filters are added to the photos. Additionally, I will ask that you provide at least 3 photos of some hair goals that you wish to achieve. This will help me better assess your hair wants and needs.
During our phone conversation, we will review your photos and discuss the topics noted above.

Location
I am located at 63 Park Street in Andover, ma. Suite 13 Inside Wylde + Lowe Salon.
After pulling into the parking lot, you will see a blue building. To the right of Domino's there are double doors. Once you have gone through those doors, there are two options: stairs or take the elevator to the second floor. See you soon!
Please note the parking lot is metered parking that uses the Passport app, cash or cards. There is street parking available that is one hour parking.
